摘要
为能同时分析特征大磨粒形态以及遮光面积百分比数据,以诊断被监测机器的磨损状态,将互补金属氧化物半导体(CMOS)图像传感器、数字信号处理器(DSP)技术、复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)技术应用到在线铁谱分析中,以此为基础研制了在线图像铁谱仪,实现了沉积磨粒图像的在线采集与自动识别。结果表明,使用该仪器可成功地采集到包含特征大磨粒的铁谱图像。对试验图像数据的分析证明了该仪器能较好地满足在线磨损监测的要求。
Simultaneous analysis of large diagnostic wear particles and the composite ferrograph density in on-line ferrograph images will facilitate automatic wear determination systems. This paper descirbes the use of a complementary metal oxide semiconductor CMOS image sensor to record the ferrograph images which are then analyzed with digital signal processor DSP technology and complex programmable logic device CPLD technology. The results show that the on-line image ferrograph system can provide on-line acquisition and analysis of ferrograph images. The system has accurately predicted the wear in several test systems.
