The credibility principle is a moral basis for market economy, and also the core competence of enterprises.The goal of the paper presents a credit outlook of enterprises core competence is not only to enrich enterprises core competence theory, providing the core competitive force for enterprises, but also to make enterprises and society pay more attention to credit resource and the resource development.
