摘要
探讨了在新形势下培养具有较强实践能力的水工专业应用型人才的方法,以浙江省水利行业为依托,以浙江水利水电专科学校教师主持的工程项目为载体,紧密结合实际工程开展各项实践性环节的教学,培养的学生在毕业前就开始从学生到工程技术人员的转型,能够在就业后很快成为单位的技术骨干.
We rely on different types of water conservancy and power trade of Zhejiang province and combine the small-scale on-going actual project of water conservancy that our school teachers participate. We practice the personnel-training project to have personnel who have certain project technological practical experience at school.
