摘要
本文从经济学中经济人的基本假设出发,分析了改革开放后我国出国留学与回国服务形成的原 因,阐述了出国留学与回国服务对我国发展的影响,从而提出如何应对的建议。
Based on the hypothesis of the economic man in economics, the author analyses the reasons why Chinese people have studied abroad and returned to China since China's reform and opening up to the out-side world. The author expounds its influence on the development of China. Finally, the author suggests ways to deal with this issue.
