摘要
研究了在铁基合金表面化学镀Ni P La的工艺 ,探讨了化学镀Ni P La合金工艺中主盐NiSO4 、NaH2 PO2 、络合剂及稀土元素的用量对化学镀镀速、镀层质量及镀液稳定性的影响 .结果表明 :最佳配方为NiSO4 ·6H2 O用量为 3 5g/L、NaH2 PO2 ·H2 O用量为 3 0g/L、丁二酸和苹果酸的浓度分别控制在 2 0g/L和 15g/L、La(NO3) 3的浓度控制在 1.7mg/L时 ,以最佳配方及最佳工艺所得的镀液 ,其镀层形成较快 ,镀液的稳定性良好 ,镀层光亮、致密 ,耐腐蚀性强 .
The effects of the concentration of NiSO 4·6H 2O,NaH 2PO 2·H 2O, compound ligands and rare elements (RE) on the bath solution were researched respectively. The results show that the optimal formulae are NiSO 4·6H 2O-35?g/L, NaH 2PO 2·H 2O-30?g/L and La(NO 3) 3 1.7?-mg/L. The coating obtained via optimal bath solution and conditions secure an relatively better stability and a higher increase of coat weight, with its surface having a metallic luster and higher density and excellent corrosion resistance.
