摘要
针对空化现象对机械性能所产生的影响,用FLUENT软件对后弯叶片轴流泵内部流场进行三维数值计算,通过三个后弯叶片方案与直叶片方案的对比分析,可以看出,后弯叶片有效地改变了轴流泵内部气体的分布,叶片吸力面的完全空化面积明显减少,从而在一定程度上抑制了气泡对泵的破坏作用。
The numerical calculation of the flow field inside a axial flow pump composed of back curved blades is accomplished using FLUENT. The comparison between three back curved blades and straight blades reveals that back curved blades efficiently can change the distribution of air bubbles in the axial flow pump, decrease the cavitations area on the suction, and decrease the breakage caused by air bubbles.
