摘要
对起跨攻栏、腾空过栏、下栏着地动作、下栏着地点、栏间 3步的时间与空间等几个主要动作环节作了技术分析。
This study analyzed the technique of jump to attack the hurdle,flyover to cross the hurdle,landing spot and the timing and space of the three steps between hurdles.
