摘要
在实验室质量控制中,评估研究法汽油辛烷值(RON)的测量不确定度时,提出了平均移动极差(MR)合并统计动态监控技术。研究表明,采用该技术来评估RON检测系统的不确定度,其贡献量分别是由质量控制(QC)样品和受控RON测试结果两部分合成。这一结论的得出能最大限度合成各种变异因素的影响,避免相关性的复杂计算,有利于评估RON检测系统的不确定度。
How to estimate the uncertainty in Lab. quality control activities, when RON (Research Octane Number) is determined, is described. The technique of the averaged Moving Range (MR) pooled in-statistical-dynamic-monitor is proposed. The study is of opinion that the uncertainty contribution of RON measurement system is, by using this technique, consisted of quality control (QC) sample and in-statistical RON results. This conclusion maximized the combination of the effects on various variances, refrained from the complicated relativity, and favoured the uncertainty evaluation for RON measurement system.
