摘要
民办高校学生教育管理工作要针对学生自身的特点,着力在学风建设上下功夫,通过端正学习观、确立"以学生为本"的理念,不断提高人才培养质量。
In the educational management of students in private colleges and universities, we must, in line with the students' characteristics, concentrate our efforts on establishing a good style in study, and continuously enhance the quality of the talents being trained by adopting the idea of 'work for the students' and helping them take a correct attitude toward study.
