摘要
介绍振动沉模大直径现浇混凝土薄壁管桩 (简称PCC桩 )的成桩机理和技术特点 ,着重讨论了垂直反射法的实测方法和要点 ,结合工程实例分析了该类桩常见缺陷的反射波波形特征和主要成因 ,指出合理应用应力波垂直反射法可以准确地判断PCC桩桩身缺陷的性质和位置 ,对其完整性和混凝土质量进行客观的评价。
The technical principle and specialties of large-diameter cast-in-situ concrete thin-wall pipe pile(PCC)with the vibrated and steel tube mould are introduced.Main points of the vertical reflection method are discussed in detail.Through the engineering examples the features of reflected wave for the defects of the piles and the causes are analyzed.It is pointed out that the features and the positions of defects of the piles can be well judged by using reasonable vertical reflection method,and the integrality of pile body and the quality of the concrete can also be evaluated objectively.
