摘要
用四水氯化锰作冰乙酸和正丁醇的酯化催化剂,成功地合成了乙酸正丁酯,考察了影响反应的各种因素,探讨并找到了较好的反应条件:冰乙酸0.30mol,n(冰乙酸)∶n(正丁醇)=1.0∶1.5(mol/mol),催化剂用量为5%(反应物总质量的百分数),反应时间为2.5h,产品收率可达85.3%.
Butyl acetate was synthesized by esterification of glacial acetic acid and n-butyl alcohol using MnCl_2·4H_2O as a catalyst. When 0.30 mol,n(acetic acid)∶n(butyl alcohol)=1∶1.5(mol/mol) ,the amount of catalyst is 5%(percent of overtall amount of glacial acetic acid and n-butyl alcohol), the reflux reaction time is (2.5 h),and the yield of esterification is 85.3%.
