摘要
以KG8005型烟雾传感器为例,分析了离子型烟雾传感器的主体结构、工作原理、电路原理及典型电路等。应用表明:离子型烟雾传感器对煤在300℃高温时激烈氧化分解产生的挥发性气溶胶微粒有明显反应,具有火灾早期预报功能和较强的抗煤尘干扰能力,对于井下火灾的就地监测和火灾的远程集中监控有很强的实效性。
This paper,taking Model KG8005smoke transducer as an example,analyzed the integral structure,working principle,circuit principle and typical circuit of the ionic smoke transducer.Application showed that the ionic smoke transducer can sensitively react with the volatile aerogel particles which are generated during the acute oxidation-decomposition of coal at300℃,has the prediction function of early fire,stronger anti-interference ability to coal dust and better effectiveness for the in-situ detection and remote concentrated monitoring of fire.
