肉用品种绵羊改良本地羊所产杂种羊产肉性能研究 被引量:8

Research of the Dressing Percentage of the Hybrids of Local Sheep Crossed by Suffolk, Texel and New Aealand Poll Doset

摘要 用萨福克、特克萨尔、无角陶赛特三个肉用品种公羊杂交改良本地原有的寒滩杂种羊 ,所产杂种肉羊在相同的饲养管理条件下 ,萨杂肉公羊周岁活重 63 6kg ,特杂为 71 1kg ,陶杂为 68 1kg ,同龄、同性别的滩羊为 3 2 9kg ,小尾寒羊为 40 5kg。屠宰试验结果表明 :萨杂屠宰率 5 6 0 7% ,特杂为 5 4 0 8% ,陶杂为 5 5 0 % ,滩羊为 49 76% ,小尾寒羊为 46 47% ;杂种肉羊胴体净肉率比滩羊提高 5 0 4~ 5 99个百分点 ,比小尾寒羊提高 9 2 3~ 10 18个百分点 ;眼肌面积、GR值、肌肉纤维直径均为杂种肉羊大于滩羊和小尾寒羊 ;屠后 1小时的新鲜肉pH值在 6 0 7~ 6 2 0之间 ,均属于正常范围。 Local hybrids of Han Sheep and Tan Sheep were crossed by three male breeds of Suffolk,Texel and Poll Doset.Under the same conditions,the average live weights of 1 year male hybrids crossed by Suffolk,Texel and Poll Doset were 63.6 kg,71.1 kg and 68.1 kg respectively,and those of Tan Sheep and Han Sheep were 32.9 kg and 40.5 kg respectively.The result of slaughter experiment indicated that the dressing percentages of the hybrids crossed by Suffolk,Texel and Poll Doset were 56.07%,54.08%and 55.00% respectively,and those of Tan Sheep and Han Sheep were 49.76%and 46.47%respectively.The net meat of hybrid trunk increased 5.04 to 5.99 percentage compared with Tan Sheep and 9.23 to 10.18 percentage compared with Han Sheep.The tenderloin area.GR value and diameter of muscle fiber of hybrids were all larger than those of Tan Sheep and Han Sheep.The pH of fresh meat after 1 hr of slaughter was between 6.07 and 6.20.
