摘要
通过实验确定了单头螺纹管水力和热力入口段区域的流阻及传热特性。通过回归分析得出含管长管径比x/D的平均水力摩阻系数和努谢尔特数的无因次公式,为短管换热器的设计提供了依据。提出了空气在上述管子内流动的水力和热力入口段区间,以及影响水力和热力入口段长度的重要参量P/E。
In this paper, the performarce of flow resistarce and heat transfer in the hydraulical and thermal entrance region of the single spirally Corrugated tubes is determined by experiments. The mean frictional cocfficient and Nusselt Number dimensionless equations involving x/D ratio of this tube are obtained by regression analysis. These equations provide basis for the designing of the short tube exchanger. The hydraulical and thermal entrance regions of the fluid air in the above-mentioned tube are presented. The important parameter P/E ratio which influences the hydraulical and thermal entrance lengths is also proposed.
