摘要
为评价三唑酮可湿性粉剂在油菜上使用后的残留行为及环境安全性,采用GC测定方法,对三唑酮在长沙和杭州两地的油菜及土壤中的残留进行了研究,结果表明:1)三唑酮在长沙油菜、土壤中的半衰期分别为3.43d和8.35d;2)三唑酮在杭州油菜、土壤中的半衰期分别为2.98d和6.92d;3)三唑酮在正常使用剂量下,有效成分在两地油菜籽和土壤中的最终残留都低于0.15mg/kg,保证了油菜籽食用的安全性。
A GC method was used to evaluate the residue behavior and environmental safety of triadimefon WPfollowing application in rapeseed. Research was conducted in Changsha and Hangzhou, measuring residues in rapeseedand soil. Half-lives of triadimefon in rapeseed and soil at Changsha were 3.43 and 8.35 d, respectively, while half-livesat Hangzhou were 2.98 and 6.92 d, respectively. When triadimefon was applied at recommended rates, final residuesof the active ingredient in rapeseed grain and soil were lower than 0.15 mg/kg, thereby ensuring safety of the rapeseedgrain for human consumption.
