摘要
本文采用平板稀释计数法分析了受重金属Cu、Pb、Cd、As及矿物油污染的赤红壤和砖红壤中真菌、细菌、放线菌和固氮菌数量的变化并作了统计分析。试验结果表明,固氮菌对试验中各重金属及矿物油的毒害作用较为敏感,以此为基础提出了各种重金属和矿物油污染土壤的临界含量。
The influence of various concentrations of copper, lead, cadmium, arsenis and mineral oil on the development and survival of soil fungi, bacteria, actinomycetes and azotobaeter was teated, of the microorganisms investigated, fungi were the most resistant to all the pollutants used and azotobacter appeared to be the most sensitive. Based on the results of the experiment, the critical concentrations of the heavy metals and mineral oil in the soils were proposed.
