摘要
在建立农用三轮运输车车架强度计算的力学和数学模型基础上,通过有限元计算和电测试验,找出了车架应力分布规律,确定了车架的危险部位,指出了合理设计农用三轮运输车车架强度方法,计算结果和试验结果吻合。改进后的车架结构将比原结构成本降低10%以上。
A model of calculation for three wheel vehicle is established. According to stress measurement, finite element calculation, stress distribution rule of frame is found, vulnerable parts are determined. Strength design method for three wheel vehicle in agriculture is given. Calculation results are in agreement with measured ones. Cost of improved design was 10% less than the original design.
