摘要
精密成形技术不仅能节省原材料和能源 ,缩短生产周期 ,还能获得复杂形状的制件 ,提高产品质量和增强其市场竞争力。闭塞模锻是精密成形技术的一个重要分支 ,模架是这项技术的重要装备。液压模架又是闭塞模锻模架的发展趋势。本文在综合分析的基础上 ,研制出液压力合模的模架。在该模架液压缸缸体设计中引入第三强度理论和优化设计理论 ,为缸体结构参数的优化选取提供理论指导。利用该模架成功地锻出轿车等速万向节星形套冷精锻件。这项技术用于生产中 ,经济效益显著 。
The precision plastic formed technique can save raw material and power, shorten manufacture cycle, obtain complicated shape product, improve product's quality and strengthen market competition. No-flash die forging is an important branch of precision formed technique. Die-shelf is the necessary equipment in this technique. On the basis of comprehensive analysis to some die-shelf of no-flash die forging in this paper, die-shelf of hydraulic pressure closed female die was designed and manufactured. The third strength theory and optimization design theory were used to design cylinder body in die-shelf. Theoretical direction was offered about the optimization design parameters of cylinder body. This die-shelf was installed on hydraulic machine. The star-like inner race in universal velocity joint in car was made with the aid of the die-shelf. This technique has marked economic results and applicable prospects.
