摘要
通过光镜、电镜观察了鸭传染性浆膜炎病鸭免疫器官的病理变化。结果表明:在光镜、电镜下,病鸭脾脏、法氏囊损害严重,胸腺变化轻微。
Immune organs of artificially infected serositis in duck were observed by optics and electric-microscope. It was showed that there are severe damage in spleen and bursa of Fabricius, and light pathological changes in thymus under optics and electric-microscope.
