摘要
研究了不同信息条件下供应链中的生产营销协作问题。建立了生产商和营销商的利润函数,包括生产商的产量约束条件。在完全信息条件下,生产营销决策的解是一个优化问题的解。在非对称信息条件下,即营销商销售成本信息隐匿的情况,这是一种逆向选择问题,从而,生产营销决策被转化为最优控制问题。应用极大值原理推导了信息非对称态下生产营销协作中的最优对策解。根据此解,生产商可以设定相应的契约对策以遴选其所偏好的营销商。还对问题进行了分析和仿真实验。
In this paper production-distribution strategies in supply chain under the different information conditions are discussed. It develops manufacturer's and distributor's profit function and the restriction of manufacturer's production capacity. Under the complete information condition the result of production-distribution strategy is a problem of optimization. Under the asymmetry information condition, i.e. the distribution-cost information of distributor is hidden, this is a converse selection problem, thus the production-distribution strategy is converted into the optimization control problem. Applying maximal principle, the production-distribution solution is deduced. Finally, analyze and simulation experiment has been studied.
