摘要
“问题学生”的教育和转化是高校教育工作者的重要职责。本文指出,对“问题学生”的教育和转化要坚持因材施教原则、正面引导原则、情理交融原则、民主平等原则、合力协同原则。“问题学生”的教育成效有赖于对上述原则的灵活运用与掌握。
The education and transformation of problem students is an important duty of university educators. It is pointed in the article that the education and transformation of problem students must adhere to five principles, i. e. , teaching students according to their aptitude, positive guidances combination of affection and reason, equality and democracy, and joint cooperation.
