摘要
对拮抗枯草芽孢杆菌BS-208和BS-209在番茄叶面和土壤中的定殖情况进行了研究。结果表明,在温室和田间条件下,BS-208菌株的定殖菌量分别为11×108~5 6×108cfu/g鲜叶和15×108~0 02×108cfu/g鲜叶,BS-209菌株的定殖菌量分别为222×106~55×106cfu/g鲜叶和205×106~0 48×106cfu/g鲜叶;扫描电镜观察表明,BS-208菌株在番茄叶面分布不均匀,大多定殖于伤口周围、叶面的凹陷处和绒毛的根部;并且都能够在自然土和灭菌土中定殖,自然土中的菌量低于在灭菌土中的菌量。
Colonization of antagonistic Bacillus subtilis BS-208 and BS-209 on phylloplane of tomato and soil was studied. The results showed that population of strain BS-208 for greenhouse and field were 11×10~8~5.6×10~8cfu/g fresh weight and 15×10~8~0.02×10~8cfu/g fresh weight respectively, whereas that of strain BS-209 for greenhouse and field were 222×10~6~55×10~6cfu/g fresh weight and 205×10~6~0.48×10~6 cfu/g fresh weight respectively. Scanning electron microscopy observation exposed that strain BS-208 distributed asymmetrically on phylloplane of tomato and most of them colonized near the wound, in the sunken place and the base of floss. Two strains can colonize in the natural and sterilized soil. The numbers in the natural soil were less than those in the sterilized soil.
