摘要
全面建设小康社会 ,给我国高等教育带来了极好的发展机遇。相对高等教育的“国家队”而言 ,地方高等医学院校一般底子比较薄 ,面临着经费不足、人才缺乏等许多发展中的问题和矛盾。地方高等医学院校唯有树立科学的发展观 ,紧紧抓住重要战略机遇期 ,坚持把发展作为办学的第一要务 ,走超常规、跨越式的发展之路 ,才能立足社会 ,在竞争中取胜。
The overall construction of well-off societ y brings the extremely good developing opportunity to our national higher education. Comparing with the “N ational Team” of the higher education,the local higher institutes of medicine generally have a poor foundation,and face many problems and contradictions, suc h as funds shortage, talent wanting and so on. Opportunity and challenge exist s ide by side,hope and difficulty exist side by side as well. The only work that the local higher institutes of medicine can do is to establish the scientific vi ews of development,to seize the important period of time of strategic opportuni ty,to regard the development as the most important duties of running schools,t o develop beyond the normal condition and with great strides,so that they will be able to have a foothold on the society and win the victory of the competition .
