摘要
利用射流撞击粉碎法 ,不但可以很好地把物料粉碎到亚微米级 ,而且粉碎后颗粒的粒度分布相当窄 ,能很好地满足制备高性能医药、食品、化工等产品的要求。本文着重讨论了射流粉碎的原理及影响其粉碎效果的关键因素 。
Utilizing impinging streams crushing, we can not only crush the materials in micron particle, but the particle size distribution is very average, so all this is very good for making fine products in medicine、food、chemical etc. In this paper , several key factors affecting the results of crushing were discussed, the tendency of their corresponding key techniques was analyzed.
