摘要
采用扫描电镜 (SEM)和电化学测试 ,研究了在油气输运环境条件下 (温度T =30~ 90℃、二氧化碳分压 pCO2 =0 .5~ 2MPa) ,X5 6钢管道在油气采出液中的腐蚀状况及电化学行为。结果认为 ,X5 6钢管道在此环境下腐蚀速率随温度升高及二氧化碳分压增加而加大 ;根据X5 6钢极化曲线及交流阻抗谱 (EIS) ,提出了X5 6钢在此环境下的反应机制 ,二氧化碳促进了阴极反应 ,加速了阳极溶解 ,且随二氧化碳分压和温度的升高而反应加剧。
With SEM and electrochemical test, the corrosion status and electrochemical behavior of X56 steel pipelines are investigated in the oil/gas recovering fluid under the oil/gas transmission conditions (i. e. temperature T = 30-90°C; CO2 partial pressure PCo2 = 0. 5-2. 0 MPa.). The results show under the circumstance condi tions, the corrosion rate of X56 steel pipelines increases as the temperature and CO2 partial pressure increase. According to the polarization curve and the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), the reaction mechanism is proposed for X56 steel under the circumstance conditions; CO2 promotes the cathode reaction and accelerates the anode dissolving. The activities are enhanced as CO2 partial pressure and temperature increase. The theoretical calculating results fit the electrochemical testing results well.
