The Plesiophrictus guangxiensis is one of the largest spiders in China, which lives in burrow in Southern China. This paper deals with fine structures on body surface of Plesiophrictus guangxiensis, in which spinneret, eye, chelicerae, genital bulb, maxillae, trichobothria, hairs, lyriform organ, and stridulating organ were studied using scanning electron microscope. The results suggest that this spider has two pair of spinnerets, tiny hairs and (some) thrichobothria on the legs are the hearing organs of this spider, she is very capable of localizing the origin of a sound by interpreting the movement of the air produced by that sound; this spiders detect smell with scent sensitive lyriform organ located on their legs, this spider feels her prey with chemosensitive hairs on her legs and senses if the prey is consumable. The result analyzes the near slight structure of Plesiophrictus guangxiensis deeply further, Have to go to how distinguish Plesiophrictus guangxiensis sex and with Ornithoctonus huwena tentatively, for develop and utilize Plesiophrictus guangxiensis establish sure research foundation.
