Genetic Diversity of Agropyron cristatum on Cytology.

摘要 利用根尖压片法,从细胞水平对来自6个不同居群的冰草的遗传多样性进行了研究。结果表明:各居群染色体数目恒定(2n=28),均为同源四倍体;居群间存在核型多型性,主要表现在核型类型、随体及B染色体的有无等;A、E居群核型为1B型,其余种群为1A型;C、E居群的染色体有随体,E居群细胞核中有B染色体存在。 Genetic diversity of Agropyron cristatum from 6 plots were analysed on cytology. The results showed that chromosome type were constant homogenous tetraploid(2n=28). There were different in the karyotype formulae, satellites and B chromosome. The karyotypes were 1B in A and E plots, and the others were 1A.There were satellites in C and E plots, and B chromosome in cell nucleus in E plot .
