摘要
本文根据4m^3抓斗挖泥机对液力传动的要求,介绍我院最近研制的导叶可调式液力变矩器的结构、工作原理、性能、电控系统。阐述了挖泥抓斗提升、下降稳速和动力稳零的调试过程。通过挖泥船工业性试验表明,该变矩器性能满足了大型抓斗挖泥机的作业要求。
This paper introduces the construction, working principle, performance and electric control system of a hydraulic torque converter with adjustable guide blades, which is developed recently in accordance with technical requirements put by the dredger to its hydraulic transmission. The regulating process of grab lifting or lowering speed stabilization and dynamic zero stabilization are described in the paper. Industrial test carried out with a grab dredger shows that the performance of the converter meets the demand of the dredger.
