摘要
文章根据作者几年来在管理电子阅览室中为读者提供现场辅导的实际经验 ,论述了图书馆电子阅览室读者现场辅导的必要性与重要性。
Based on the working experience, the author of this article expounds the importance and necessity the coaching on the spot to readers in electronic reading-rooms, and discusses readers' reading regularities and how to better the coach work abiding by these regularities.
