摘要
成核剂是促进聚合物结晶并改善其晶粒结构的改性剂。成核剂的加入,加快了结晶速度,使聚合物的晶粒结构细化,缩短了成型周期,改善了产品物理机械性能,使产品具有良好的加工和使用性能。综述了成核剂的发展、作用效果、国内外的研究开发进展。介绍了几种新型成核剂,展望了成核剂今后的发展方向。
Nucleating agent is a modified agent to promote the crystallization of polymer and improve the structure of crystal. By adding nucleating agent into the polymer, the crystalline speed of the polymer may be increased, which in turn will improve the processibility and service performance of products. In this paper, the development, action effect, and research trend of nucleating agents at home and abroad, as well as its development in future were summarized. Various kinds of the nucleating agent were also described.
