摘要
数字图书馆产生于信息行业,发展在图书馆行业,除了有硬件和技术外,人员素质是很重要的,根据图书馆的特点浅谈了数字图书馆馆员应具备的素质与能力。
The digital library comes from informational industry and develops in library business. Personnel quality is quite important except hardware and technology. This paper talks about the quality and ability that the digital library staff should possess, based on library characteristics.
