摘要
运用主成分分析方法,对湖南省14个市(州)的区域投资环境进行定量综合评价,得出湖南省投资环境总体水平较低、区域差异显著和经济因子是影响投资环境的主导因素的结论。
Investment environment is the prerequisite condition of attracting and utilizing the foreign investment. With the technique of principle component analysis, this paper, assesses quantitatively and analyzes the regional investment environment of 14 cities in Hunan Province, reaches a conclusion: (1) The overall quality level of the regional investment environment in Hunan Province is not high and the regional diversity is obvious. (2) The economic is the dominant factor that influences the investment environment.
