摘要
本文根据渐开线圆柱齿轮的形成原理,推导出了构成直齿圆柱齿轮和斜齿圆柱齿轮渐开面的参数方程,建立了渐开线圆柱齿轮参数化的几何模型,为利用计算机进行辅助(参数化)设计、计算机辅助工艺设计和计算机辅助制造等奠定了一个易利用的高效、高质的基础平台。
As per the formation principle of involute cylindrical gears,this treatise infers the parametric equation on concerning the involute plane formed between straight-tooth cylindrical gears and skewed-tooth counterparts,it isintended to set up the geometric moder of parametrization concernig involute cylindrical gears, which facilitates CAD(parametrization),CAP(fechnological process)and CAM effectively.
