摘要
目的探讨髋关节假体置换术并发症及预防措施。方法1994～2003年,共有38例患者接受髋关节假体置换成形术,其中9例全髋,29例人工股骨头置换;男21例,女17例;年龄最大者84岁,最小者56岁;手术后随访最长为75年,最短为3个月。结果随访结果,痊愈30例,好转2例,有并发症6例(包括猝死1例)。结论与植入相关的并发症有脱位、关节松动、髋臼磨损、感染以及内科并发症等,提出了预防和避免这些并发症的措施。
Objective To analyze the causes of prosthetic replacement of hip joint.Methods From 1994 to 2003,38 cases had been analyzed(9 whole hip joint,29 cases were artificial femoral head replacements).Among them,21 cases were male,17 cases were female;the age is between 56 and 84;the longest time to make tracks for our study is 7.5 years and the shortest is 3 months.Results 30 cases had recovered from illness;2 cases had become better;6 cases had complications(including 1 sudden death).Conclusion The transplant related complications include dislocation,luxation,the joint looseness,the acetabulum abrasion,infection,medicine complications etc.And we also put forward the preventions that can avoid these complications.
