摘要
为了消除电镀废水中的金属离子等的污染 ,以粉煤灰活性炭为吸附剂、还原剂对含Cr(Ⅵ )的电镀废水进行了处理。考察了活性炭吸附废水中的Cr(Ⅵ )时 ,溶液的 pH值、吸附时间、Cr(Ⅵ )浓度等因素对Cr(Ⅵ )的吸附量及废水中残余Cr(Ⅵ )浓度的影响 ;同时 ,还对活性炭的再生条件进行了研究。试验表明 :溶液中Cr(Ⅵ )质量浓度为 5 0mg/L ,pH=3,吸附时间 1.5h时 ,活性炭的吸附性能稳定 ,Cr(Ⅵ )离子的去除效果最好 ,经处理的废水Cr(Ⅵ )含量达到国家排放标准。
Electroplating waste water containing Cr( VI ) was treated by using fly ash and active carbon as adsorbent and reductant. The effects of pH value, adsorption time and Cr(VI) content on the adsorption and residual concentration of Cr( VI ) in waste wa- ter were investigated, as well as the regeneration of active carbon was studied. Experiments show that when the weight concentra- tion of Cr( VI ) in solution is 50 mg/L, pH value is 3 andadsorp- tion time is 1.5 h, both the adsorption of active carbon and re- moval efficiency of Cr( VI ) reach the best. The adsorption is sta- bile and removal effect is good, the Cr ( VI ) content in treated water meets the discharge standard of state.
