摘要
在物流外包被越来越多的企业采用的同时,也产生了第三方物流企业服务令人不满意的问题。本文提出了对第三方物流企业考核的两个标准:服务价格和客户满意度。并就客户满意度的评价指标和计算模型进行了分析。最后,结合发包企业的具体需求,进行选择分析。
While logistics outsourcing is adopted by more and more enterprises, service quality of TPL becomes a very important issue. This paper puts forward two standards to examine TPL enterprises-service price and customer satisfaction, analyzes the evaluation index of customer satisfaction and calculation model, and makes a through analysis about selection methods which should be adopted by enterprises searching for logistics service in accordance with their concrete demands.
