摘要
以黄早四×Mo17自交形成的191个F2单株为作图群体,利用240对SSR引物和280对AFLP选扩引物,在亲本黄早四和Mo17之间进行了多态性检测,筛选出91对SSR引物和20对AFLP选扩引物用于F2群体分析。利用上述引物组合共检测到248个多态性标记位点,其中的218个标记构建了玉米分子连锁图谱,该图谱覆盖基因组全长2015.5cM,标记间平均间距9.69cM。
191 F_2 individuals derived from the single cross of inbred lines Huangzao 4 and Mo17 were used as mapping population in maize.240 SSR primer-pairs and 280 selective primer-pairs were used to detect the polymorphisms between parents Huangzao 4 and Mo17.91 SSR primer-pairs and 20 AFLP selective primer-pairs were selected to analyze F_2 population.248 markers were detected by the primer-pairs mentioned above.Only 218 markers were used to construct the molecular genetic linkage map,which span maize genome about 2015.5cM,with average distance of 9.69 cM between markers.
