摘要
实行利率市场化是我党和政府已经明确的方向。美国、韩国、马来西亚在利率市场化改革中积累的经验给予了我国有益的启示:稳定的宏观经济环境是利率市场化的基本前提;有步骤地放开市场利率是利率市场化改革取得成功的重要方式;金融创新是利率市场化改革的重要策略;健全发达的金融市场是利率市场化改革的基本保证。
Interest rate marketization has been nailed down for our government's definite direction .From the experience that the U.S.A.,Korea and Malaysia have gained in their reform of interest rate marketization ,we get much enlightment—the essential premise is the stable macroeconomic environment; the most important method is to market the interest rate step by step; the creation of the finance and the sound and developed finance market are the important and primary guarantee of the interest rate marketization.
