摘要
本文通过对八五四农场经烧荒后的天然小叶章草场的小叶章,进行不同生长期营养含量的测定(返青期、拔节期、孕穗期、抽穗期、开花期、腊熟期)。结果发现,小叶章牧草的干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、木质素(ADL)含量随着生长期的延长,成熟度的提高呈逐渐上升的趋势;粗脂肪(CO)的含量一直在降低,并到腊熟期降到最低点(2.082 6%);粗灰分(CA)的含量先是降低,在抽穗期降到最低点,然后又开始回升;牧草中钙(Ca)、磷(P)的含量变化也很有规律,Ca 含量先是上升,到抽穗期升到最高点,然后又开始下降且下降的幅度较大(P<0.05);P 的含量却是一直在下降,到腊熟期为最低点(0.1352%),但在孕穗期、抽穗期下降幅度不是很大(P>0.05)。结果证明,小叶章在抽穗期(6.15~6.29)各种营养成分含量及比例较为适宜,生物学营养价值较高。在此生育期进行适时收割,不但可获较多的产草量,而且能够获得较高品质的小叶章青干草。
The nutrition of Deyeuxia langsdorffii kunth. of different growth period was measured which harvested from natural meadow burned last year on farm 854 (return green stage, jointing stage, booting stage, heading stage, blooming stage, dough stage). With it extension in growth period, we found the content(DM、CP、ADF、ADL、NDF)of Deyeuxia langsdorffii kunth. improved gradually: the content of crude oil reduced gradually and reduced to the lowest point at dough stage, the content of ASH reduced to the lowest at heading stage and then rising up gradually, the content of Ca rising up firstly and at heading stage it rising up to the highest point then it began to reduce, at dough stage it reduced to the lowest point, the contents of P gradually reduced and it got to the lowest point at dough stage. Result proved that: at heading stage Deyeuxia langsdorffii kunth. had the higher contents of CP(11.90%),higher digest DM, the lower contents of ADL. So we thought heading stage was the best reaping period.
