通过体育课程教学提高大学生健康素质的实验研究 被引量:1

An Experimental Research on Improving Undergraduate Students' Health Quality by PE Course Teaching

摘要 基于大学生体育与健康现状,根据《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》的精神,对随机重组的实验班和对照班进行为期二年的教学实验。结果显示从总体上看,实验班学生整体的健康素质较之对照班有不同程度的变化,其中男女生的肺活量、身体耐力和女生的肺活量达到显著性差异。这表明课堂教学改革及其实验能够有效地促进大学生的健康素质,但有待进一步发掘。 Considering the Current situation of undergraduate students' sports and health,in accordance with the contents from Guidance Outline of National University and College Course Teaching in Physical Education,the author has carried out a two-year teaching experiment in PE course between an experimented class and a controlled class,which are reorganized at random.The result indicates that,on the whole,the students' health quality from the experimented class has changes in various degrees compared with the controlled class.The vital capacity and health endurance of both boys and girls from different classes have significant differences.This means that the reform and experiment on PE course teaching can improve the undergraduate students' health quality effectively.However,it remains to be explored further.
