摘要
针对东风EQ142型柴油车存在变速器怠速噪声问题,本文对离合器从动盘扭转特性对变速器怠速噪声的影响进行了理论分析和模拟计算.在更改从动盘扭转特性后,经试验测定,可降低变速器近场噪声4.5dB(A).
Theoretical analysis and simulating calculation have been carried out with regard to the effect of torsional property of clutch driven plate on noise of transmission box during idling for Dong-Feng model EQ142 diesel truck.Areduction of trans mission near field noise of 4.5dB (A) has been obtained after modificating the torsional property of clutch driven plate.
