摘要
在通风及空调系统中,为有效地净化空气,克服传统纤维过滤器的不足,采用湿式金属填料除尘器进行实验研究,利用填料表面的水膜进行粉尘的捕集和去除,并实现消毒功能.实验测试了不同淋水密度和迎面风速条件下除尘器的除尘性能,以及填料比表面积和表面活性剂等因素的影响.结果显示,在迎面风速为1.5~2.8m/s,淋水密度为0.94~2.36kg/(m2·s)的变化范围内,比表面积为500m2/m3的填料除尘器对1μm、3μm和5μm颗粒除尘率分别为21%~37%、67%~90%和74%~98%,压力损失范围为30~130Pa,该除尘方式具有除尘效率高、阻力小等特点,并且具备消毒杀菌的功能,可以代替传统的纤维过滤器在通风及空调系统中使用.
It is easy for the fibrous filtration,which is generally used in ventilation and air-condition system,to raise dust and grow virus.The new collector can not only separate dust from atmosphere to improve gas quality,but also disinfect air to prevent virus from spreading through ventilation system.The study uses metal filler to make water film which can catch dusts and separate them from air through it.At one time, the virus on surface of dust collected is killed by disinfectant in water.The experiments test its performance on the conditions of different water densities and wind speeds, and effect of filler surface area and surfactant on dust collection.The results show,on the condition of 500 m^2/m^3 of surface area,0.94—2.36 kg/(m^2·s)of water density and 1.5—(2.8 m/s) of wind speed, dust collection efficiency is 21%—37% for 1 μm size of particle, 67%—90~0_0 for 3μm one,and 74~0_0—98~0_0 for 3 μm one,and the resistance is 30—130 Pa.The conclusion can be gotten that the wet dust collection with metal filler is provided with higher efficiency,lower resistance,and disinfecting function.It can be used in ventilation and air-condition system instead of common fibrous filtration.
