信用是市场经济的基础。本文对我国信用征集体系建设中的问题、国外信用征集体系的经验等进行了分析 。
Credit is the foundation of economy.This text studies current situation and problems of the system establishment as well as discusses successful experience of credit collection aboard.On this basis,concrete imaginations of social credit collection system in china have been put forward.
