摘要
本文介绍了美国可支付住宅的发展概况,并从供应体系、选址与规模、开发与设计组织、与社区规划的关系、设计思想等5个方面与中国经济适用住房建设的差异性进行比较,旨在对产生差异的宏观社会经济背景和历史条件进行分析的基础上获得借鉴。文章最后对我国经济适用住房的开发与设计提出了相应建议。
This article briefly introduces the general situation of American affordable housing and focuses on the comparison with Chinese economical and applicable housing from five aspects-supplying systems, site selection and construction scale, organization of developing process, relationship with community planning and design ideas. Finally some suggestions on the organization of Chinese economical and applicable housing development are put forward.
