摘要
针对传统气体传感器测试系统的缺点,开发了一套基于虚拟仪器的气体传感器测试系统,该系统能够自动控制气体传感器的工作温度、湿度及测试气体的体积分数,并且能够自动采集传感器的动态响应信号。同时,结合实例详细介绍该系统的电气连接、LabVIEW测试软件设计和系统数据采集的稳定性及可靠性。
Aimed at the shortcomings of the test system for the traditional gas sensors,a test system for the gas sensors based on the virtual instrument technology is developed.It can automatically control the gas sensors work conditions:temperature,humidity,tested gas volume fraction,and it can automatically collect the response signals.To take an example,electrical connection of this system,design of LabVIEW test software and stability,reliability of system data acquisition are introduced.
