摘要
以烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯为原料,通过溶液聚合合成一种纤维用 耐久性抗静电剂。通过正交试验确定了最佳合成工艺条件,并以扫描电镜观察抗静电剂在纤维表面的涂敷效 果。结果表明,抗静电剂能均匀地涂敷在纤维表面。抗静电剂含量为0.6 g/100 g纤维的体积电阻率达到10R Ω·cm,经多次水洗后纤维仍具有较好的抗静电性能(体积电阻率<109Ω·cm)。
A durable antistatic agent for fibre was synthesized from phenoxypolyoxyethylene glycol (meth)acrylate and glycidyl (meth)acrylate by solution polymerization. The optimal synthetic technological conditions were obtained by orthogonal tests, and the coating state of the composition on fibre's surface was characterized by electronic scanning microscope . The tests show that the antistatic agent was equally coated on the surface of the fibre. The resistivity of the antistatic fibre containing 0. 6% antistatic agent was 108Ω·cm and after washed the fibre still possessed good antistatic prop-erties(the resistivity less than 109Ω·cm).
