板材多工步成形中切边工序的数值模拟技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 切边在板材多工步成形中一般是获得成品的最后一个工序。成形过程中 ,由不均匀塑性变形产生的残余应力在切边时的释放 ,会造成零件应力应变场的重新分布 ,因此本文建立了简化的线弹性切边卸载模型 ,基于静态隐式算法 ,在复杂蒙皮拉形数值模拟系统STRETCHFORM基础之上 ,开发了板材多工步成形中切边工序的计算模块 ,用以计算零件在切边后应力应变场的变化情况。本文还详细研究了切边求交、单元的取舍判断、畸变判断和局部调整。 Trimming process is the last step of sheet metal multi-operation forming, stress field and strain field are redistributed during trimming because of the delivery of residual stress which caused by non-uniform plastic deformation. In order to research the effect of the redistribution, a simplified linear elastic unloading model is established on the basis of static implicit algorithm. By introducing model into the FE simulation system-STRETCHFORM which has been developed for complex skin stretch forming processes, simulation module for trimming process has been built up. Algorithm for intersecting point solving, transmission of field information, alternative and distortion judgment as well as local adjustment of element are also researched in details in this paper.
