摘要 随着测量技术的发展 ,大型塑性成形零件的型面检测方法有了较大的改善。本文首先介绍了三维拼接技术的基本原理 ,阐述了手工设定拼接标志点的拼接算法的实现过程。最后给出了该方法在大型蒙皮零件型面测量中的应用实例和拼接效果 。 With the great development of measuring technique 9 the surface measurement method of large forming parts has gained a grand advancement. The basic theory of 3D registration is introduced firstly in the paper, and the registration arithmetic of sticking marked points factitiously is shown. At last, the application example and the effect of registration are provided. The technique provides a reliable measuring method for controlling forming precision.
