摘要
SH波斜探头特别适于检出与板面垂直的近表面面状缺陷,能克服常规振动方向所在平面与入射面相垂直的SV波斜探头检测T形对接焊缝、带垫板单面焊缝及薄板焊缝的某些局限性。指出了SH波斜探头的应用难点和解决办法。
The performance of the SH wave angle transducers is introduced. Especially transducers of this kind are suitable for detecting the subsurface planar imperfections perpendicular to the surface of specimen. They can be used to overcome some limitations of the general SV wave angle transducers in examining some welded joints such as single-sided one with backing plates. T-type of one and thin wall one, etc. The possible difficulties and the necessary measures in application of the SH wave angle transduces are also presented.
