摘要
对ZA27蜗轮精化毛坯进行了工艺实验研究 ,确定了最佳工艺参数。结果表明 ,采用液态模锻工艺不但可以精化锌基合金蜗轮毛坯尺寸 ,而且使工件的性能有明显提高 。
The experimental study on the technological process for the precise blanks of ZA27 worm wheels has been conducted. The optimal technological parameters are determined. The result shows that liquid forging technology can not only make the dimensions of the Zn-based alloy worm wheel blanks more precise, but also obviously improve the blank property. It can provide with a reliable basis for mass production of high-precision Zn-based alloy worm wheel blanks.
